• You are responsible for researching news stories, evaluating news tips, gathering factual information regarding stories, communicating with editors, writing stories and news according to the prescribed editorial style, attending public meetings, giving live and recorded video reports.
• You are responsible to cover the news and to make a story on topic suggested by your Editor or Chief Editor.
• You are responsible for editing, uploading, making of thumbnail, placing Ads and publishing of videos on different portals provided by organisation.
• You are responsible for writing news and article on our website in your district category or any other category.
• You have to cover the news or any type of story and send the video file to Head office, if asked by any responsible person of the Organisation.
• You have to upload video on district portal in a regular manner. Not uploading regular video on portal may cause losing your ownership from district Portal.
• You are responsible to generate revenue by getting Banner Ads or by Video Ads, Dedicated Video Sponsoreship from your local market or from all over India for your District Digital portal, Newspaper, Magazine.
• You are also asked to generate revenue by getting different types of Ads for Main digital portal i.e Bharat Ek Nayi Soch or for our other portals.
• Any amount received against any of Ad’s type should directly be deposited by Advertiser in Organisation Bank Account then after a Tax Invoice will be generated.
• 5% Service Tax will charge for Ads for Print Media and 18% Service Tax will be charged for Digital Media.
• Any Ad’s will only be run or print after the amount against the Ad is received in organisation Bank Account and the tax invoice is generated.
• You will be terminated from your District franchisee, if found that the franchise owner is receiving payment against ads in their Bank account and run ads without informing the organisation.
• You will be terminated from your District franchisee, if you found in any unethical activity or misusing the Identity card given by the organisation.
• You are not authorized to use any video from our video library and you are also not authorized to use the video which is make for our district franchisee for your personal benefiet, you have to make videos for your district franchsee in priority basis. if You found not following these guidlines your ownership will be cancelled with immediate effect.  
• You are not authorised to issue any identity card to any District franchisee employee. All Identity card will be issued by Organisation.
• Your earning will be calculated according to the Table No. 01
• Your earning from 1^st day of the month to the last date of the same month will be credited to your bank account on 10^th Day of the next month.
• You have to upload a raw file of video to our video library portal.
• You will be terminated from your district franchisee if you received three consecutive notices in the duration of three months.
• You have to follow Community Guidelines and Ad friendly guidelines of YouTube and Community guidelines and Partner monetization policy of Facebook.

Terminology: You, Yours refer to District franchisee Owner. Organisation refer to Bharat Ek Nayi Soch. Local Ads refer to ads that is getting by District franchisee owner from direct contact basis. Main portal refers to the portals that are directly manage by organisation. District portal refers to the portal that is manged and run by franchisee owner.
